Intro
My career began in the Financial Services industry focused on retail banking where I have developed skills in several areas including customer services, communications and strategy. A few years ago, I began my journey into the world of design and have been building upon my interest by delving into UX design. One of my aspirations is to have an opportunity to become a designer and put into proactice all that I’ve learned over the past 4 years.
My CV
I’ve held a variety of positions during my 15 years with Scotiabank. My banking career started in retail banking where I achieved success as an Advisor, Manager and Sales Coach. From there I began working in the Executive Offices focused on project delivery as a Project Manager, Product Owner and Senior Manager of Customer Growth Strategy.
During this time, I completed a certificate in Graphic Design followed by a certificate in UX Design through a mix of online and in-person continuing education courses.
